As good as the skiing is the Apres is equally renowned with lots of bars and live music,  the Crazy Kanguru and Mooserwirl at the bottom of the slopes to name two for early apres then move into town where there are endless choices some with live music.

Skiing

With its neighbours, Lech, Zurs and st Christoph this is the largest interconnecting ski area in Austria (Arlberg), all 305 kms of it. If a beginner then Lech maybe a better choice but for intermediate’s and advanced St Anton is perfect. Some great off piste can be found if there has been recent snow fall. Be carful some of the slopes can be marked blue or Red and may actually feel harder than they say. This vast ski area really does compete with some the the famous large French resorts.
