About the Chalet

Originally built in 1808, This beautifully converted farmhouse is the embodiment of a luxury Morzine chalet. It sleeps up to 26 people in 10 spacious ensuite rooms and has a huge living and dining area. The chalet surrounds itself with balconies for you to enjoy the incredible views stretching down the valley. Although large in size, it still remains cosy with plenty of comfortable seating around the roaring log fire.

Bedrooms & Layout

• Ground Floor: 4 ensuite bedrooms with balcony valley views—3 include bunk beds ideal for families. Also on this level: sauna and outdoor hot tub.
• Middle Floor: 2 ensuite bedrooms + main communal area, including 2 kitchens for more flexibility.
• Top Floor: 4 more ensuite bedrooms, all spacious and private.

Communal Spaces

• Dining room: Generous yet intimate, with mountain views through large French windows.
• Living area: Plush sofas, open fire, and access to a panoramic balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
• Bottom floor you can also find a sauna and large, outdoor hot tub to soak and soothe those weary limbs.
